Our lamps are made from genuine Spanish alabaster stone, a natural material that gives each piece its own unique texture and warm, soft glow. Every lamp is handcrafted and one of a kind.
2. What is the delivery time?
The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 30-40 days.
Express delivery is 9-14 days with a slightly higher cost of 350€.
3. Does the bulb come included?
Not all models include a light bulb. Recommended bulb type and socket (usually E27 or G9) are specified on each product manual.
4. Are the lamps CE certified?
Yes, all our lamps are CE certified and meet EU safety standards.
5. Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, every lamp comes with a 5-year warranty, covering manufacturing defects and electrical components.
6. Can I return a lamp?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your order. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The lamp must be unused and in its original packaging.
7. Do you offer custom orders or trade discounts?

8. Are the lamps dimmable?
