Our Warranty Commitment

At Lumé we create lighting designed to last. Each piece is crafted using high quality materials, precise construction and thoughtful design.

To ensure confidence in your purchase we provide the following warranty coverage.

Five Year Warranty

Our five year warranty applies to:

• ceiling lamps
• pendant lamps
• wall lamps
• table lamps

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and material faults that occur under normal use.

2-5 Year Warranty – Alabaster Collection

Products in the Alabaster Collection are covered by a 2-5 year warranty due to the natural characteristics of authentic alabaster and its handcrafted production process.

One Year Warranty – Portable and Rechargeable Lamps

Portable and rechargeable lamps include a one year warranty covering manufacturing and material defects.

What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers:

• manufacturing defects
• structural faults
• material defects
• electrical component failures under normal use.

If a covered issue occurs Lumé will first attempt to repair the product. If repair is not possible we may replace it with a new or equivalent item.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

• consumable parts such as light bulbs
• damage caused by accidents
• incorrect installation
• misuse or improper handling
• normal wear or aesthetic changes
• use in unsuitable environments.

Installation Responsibility

Products must be installed in accordance with the provided instructions.

Installation by a qualified professional electrician is strongly recommended.

Lumé cannot be held responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation or improper electrical connections.

Structural Responsibility

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the ceiling or wall structure can safely support the weight of the lamp.

Damage caused by insufficient structural support or improper mounting conditions is not covered under warranty.
