At Lumé, we value transparency and aim to provide a clear and fair return process in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date the order is received.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Lumé in writing within the 14 day period by contacting info@lumelights.co. The product must be returned unused, in its original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect product, you must notify Lumé within 48 hour of delivery.
Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographic evidence. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Once approved, Lumé will arrange a replacement or other appropriate solution at no additional cost.
Conditions for Returns
Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Products that show signs of use, installation, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method. Shipping costs are non refundable.
Non Returnable Items
Custom made or special order items may be exempt from the right of withdrawal in accordance with EU law. Any such exclusions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
